Job Description:

Technician to ensure that all medical tools and equipment are
sterilized and compliant with health regulations and standards. The
ideal candidate will possess technical proficiency and a commitment
to patient safety, contributing effectively to our mission of
delivering innovative healthcare solutions. Operate and maintain
sterilization equipment and machinery according to manufacturer
guidelines. Monitor sterilization processes and validate
effectiveness of sterilization procedures. Conduct regular quality
controls and maintain records of sterilization activities. Ensure
cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and adhere to safety and
health protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to
guarantee all medical instruments are decontaminated, sterilized,
and ready for procedures. Technical proficiency in using
sterilization machinery Understanding of microbiology and infection
control standards Attention to detail especially regarding safety
and cleanliness Ability to follow strict protocols and procedures
Strong communication and collaboration skills Medical Insurance
401k Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or
Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT)
preferred.
