Job Description:

is seeking a Vice President of Quality Assurance for its QA
Franchise. In this critical role, you will develop and implement
strategic quality assurance plans to ensure product integrity and
compliance with stringent healthcare standards. Your leadership
will guide a team of QA professionals as you collaborate with
cross-functional departments, fostering a culture of quality and
accountability. You will engage in risk management analysis,
continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee audits to enhance
product quality and patient safety. Success in this role requires a
minimum of ten years of experience in a quality assurance position
within healthcare, with specialized knowledge in regulatory
compliance and process improvement. Join our dynamic team where
innovation and commitment to safety are paramount. A Master's
Degree in a related field is preferred, along with certifications
in quality management or regulatory affairs. Develop and implement
quality assurance strategies to ensure product integrity and
regulatory compliance. Lead the QA team to enhance efficiency,
productivity, and process improvements. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to promote quality culture and assess
compliance with healthcare standards. Monitor and analyze risk
management data and implement correctives measures. Oversee audits
and inspections to ensure adherence to internal and external
regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate
