Job Description:

ProphetLogic (www.prophetlogic.com) is a sales consulting company based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. We help our clients increase their sales pipelines and close more deals. We do this by providing Sales Development Representative services to set appointments for their sales teams via cold calling and targeted email outreach. We also achieve this by providing VP of Sales as a Service programs in order to improve their sales processes and drive more business through their sales funnels to close on a week to week basis. We serve clients that provide business to business services in the technology services and/or software (SaaS) industries.

ProphetLogic is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will set appointments for our clients that lead to genuine sales opportunities that drive new business revenue to their organizations. The ideal candidate will be someone hungry to get a start in a technology sales career, willing to put in the hard work to learn a lead generation skill set that will be an asset to their long term sales career.

Responsibilities include:


  • Identify appropriate contacts for client outreach programs from a set of key target account profiles based on a set of attributes of preferred customers defined by the Client and ProphetLogic management
  • Execute on outreach program in accordance with our defined processes for cold calling and email outreach
  • Continuous improvement of outreach and list development techniques to optimize results for our clients
  • Set appointments with target account contacts, engage warm hand off to clients' sales teams
  • Document outreach efforts thoroughly in CRM so we can measure results for our clients
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

    • Persistence - This position, like any Sales role, is not for everyone. Success requires the ability to stick to achieving your goals in the face of repetitive work and rejection. But it opens the door to a lucrative Sales career and arms you with Sales Prospecting skills for life
    • Conscientious - Detail-oriented to make sure that processes are followed and activity is documented appropriately in the CRM
    • Team Player - We are looking for someone that enjoys being part of a team and will offer feedback and ideas in order help drive success for our clients
    • Results-oriented - The successful candidate will be a goal-oriented person who is constantly pushing themselves to be their best and understands that sales is a results driven game
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
