employer. About the role: You will be responsible for promoting the
sale of our services and establishing and maintaining long-term
business relationships with new and existing clients in our
Philadelphia market. This is a full-time, 100% remote position that
requires residency in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. What you will do:
Grow sales through communication with existing and prospective
clients Communicate with clients and prospective clients to
understand, anticipate, and meet their needs Schedule client and
prospective client meetings and develop action plans for follow-up
Identify and resolve client concerns to ensure client retention and
growth Expand market awareness of the company’s services and
industry experience Maintain records of client communications and
contact information Respond to requests for proposals and
information Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and
other marketing events Communicate client and prospective client
information with employees, including management, as appropriate
Research market data and maintain knowledge of competitor products
and pricing Submit sales status reports as required to management,
including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals Who
you are: Experience: You have a Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years of
industry-relevant sales experience. Alternatively, you have
experience as a transactional attorney or corporate paralegal
within a large law firm or a Fortune 1000 corporate legal
department. Technical competencies: You have knowledge of CRM
systems, such as Salesforce. You are comfortable using Microsoft
Software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and interacting with Adobe PDF
documents. Strong organizational and time management skills: You
have the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects /
assignments. You have strong attention to detail and exhibit a
reasonable sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills: You
have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You
communicate in both a professional and friendly manner with
clients, coworkers, correspondents, and others. Positive attitude:
You consistently demonstrate a positive customer service attitude,
including dealing patiently with problems or complaints while
remaining courteous when faced with difficult or angry people.
Adaptable: You are eager to use new tools and learn new processes
and technologies. You can adapt to changing priorities while
working in a fast-paced and high-stress environment. You have
strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may
arise. Coachable: You have the ability to retain and implement
instruction and training. You are open to learn and navigate our
current processes and systems. You are not afraid to ask questions.
Team player: You are able to work in both a team and independent
setting. You are able to work well with others while getting the
job done. Reliable: You are able to work during our regular
business hours remotely in Philadelphia. You are a punctual
individual and able to follow an assigned work schedule. You are
able to maintain client confidentiality at all times. You are
successful in an entrepreneurial environment. Travel: You have a
valid driver’s license and good standing driving record. You are
able to work a flexible schedule and travel up to 50% of the time.
What we offer you: Base Salary: $68,500 per year, with an initial
assigned account base that brings the total minimum compensation to
$115,000 for the first year Commission: Uncapped commission
structure, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $115,000 to $250,000
for the first year 3 medical plans to choose from including a 100%
employer-paid option for the employee 100% employer-paid dental and
vision benefits for the employee 100% remote position with company
provided equipment and cell phone coverage 401(k) with scheduled
employer contribution 4 weeks of paid time off annually, which
begins accruing upon hire, and 10 paid holidays Employer-paid
