Camp Hill, PA We are seeking a highly organized and detail?oriented
Project Coordinator to support customers and the Sales Department
in a fast?paced, collaborative environment. This role is
responsible for preparing quotes, entering orders, tracking project
activity, and providing administrative support that keeps sales and
service operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Prepare,
process, and maintain accurate sales quotations, purchase orders,
and invoices. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to gather
pricing, product details, and availability. Manage projects from
initial quotation through shipment and completion. Perform order
entry. Work with manufacturers to expedite orders as needed.
Support the sales team with order tracking, delivery updates, and
customer follow?ups. Provide technical product information and
customer support. Collaborate with marketing on sales materials and
promotional initiatives. Assist with trade show logistics,
materials, and coordination. Address customer inquiries and assist
with administrative tasks across sales and service teams. Skills &
Qualifications Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience in customer
service, project coordination and data entry Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail, organization, and
communication skills
