Program. This program is designed for emerging leaders with a

coatings industry. As a participant, you will undergo rigorous
training, get real-world experience, and learn from industry
leaders to prepare for a successful career in sales and business
development at Sherwin-Williams. You will engage directly with
customers, develop strategic sales plans, and contribute to new
business acquisition while upholding our reputation for quality and
excellence in the global market. Complete various training modules
to learn about Sherwin-Williams products, sales techniques, and
market strategies. Develop and execute business plans to meet sales
targets and expand customer base. Collaborate with sales teams and
management to analyze market data and identify business
opportunities. Participate in workshops, webinars, and seminars to
enhance professional skills and industry knowledge. Provide
outstanding customer service, maintaining Sherwin-Williams'
standards for excellence and professionalism. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Ability to analyze sales data and market
trends Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Proficiency in
CRM software and Microsoft Office applications Ability to work both
independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Salesforce
certification preferred Professional sales or marketing
certifications are a plus
