Job Description:

facilities. We're looking for a dedicated Life Safety Maintenance
Agreement Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and is passionate about building safety and sustainable
solutions. This role involves direct sales of our maintenance
agreements for life safety systems to both new and existing
clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible service and
support from our cutting-edge technology offerings. Identify and
target new business opportunities within the life safety systems
field. Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers in
public safety, commercial, and industrial sectors. Design and
propose maintenance agreements that meet the specific needs of each
client. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure service delivery
aligns with client expectations. Monitor market trends and
competitor activity within the life safety industry. Meet and
exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Provide detailed and
accurate sales forecasting. Educate potential and existing clients
on the full capabilities of Johnson Controls' life safety systems
through presentations and demonstrations. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills In-depth knowledge of life safety systems and
regulations Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in CRM software
and sales reporting tools Ability to work independently and as part
of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar credentials Optional:
NICET certification in fire alarm systems or a similar relevant
certification
