Summary GoGo squeeZ is seeking a dynamic Sr. Sales Planning RGM
Manager to drive innovation in better-for-you snacking. This role
focuses on enhancing enterprise sales planning and revenue growth
management capabilities while leading a team of two Sales Planning
and Trade Execution Managers to refine the trade management
process. The position will play a key role in shaping GGS's growth
strategy through strong cross-functional partnerships, implementing
effective trade evaluation, volume planning, and growth
initiatives. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with
Bel's global team to bring best-in-class RGM practices to life.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Accountable for leading the
evolution of the sales planning process in partnership with key
cross functional partners within key divisions - Owner of trade
management and target progress that aligns with AOP guidance -
Support the sales financial management monthly process in alignment
with demand changes to help institute healthy trade management. -
Liaison between Global Bel RGM to facilitate best practices within
the US business - Lead the sales planning and RGM strategies within
GGS to help drive profitable volume growth - Develop pricing and
promotional strategies to evolve GGS and deliver profitable volume
growth - Evaluate price pack architecture within channels and
commercialize channel pack strategy - Implement promotional
analysis to help maximize trade spending to deliver topline &
bottom-line growth targets. - Implement trade evaluation strategies
to help implement best practices - Partner with internal cross
functional partners to define sales financial reporting. - Partner
with S&OP to manage the risk and operations process - Manage
field sales planning and trade Skills and Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree: MBA preferred - 7 years of Proven experience in
sales planning, financial management, revenue growth management,
and commercial experience: preferably in the food and beverage
industry. - Strong leadership, relationship builder, and team
management skills. - Excellent data analysis and strategic planning
abilities. - Exceptional communication skills across variety of
different levels within the organization from C-suite to analyst. -
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects
simultaneously. Working Conditions Work is performed in a hybrid
office environment and LI-Hybrid. Hours of work will generally be
during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. At
times there will be some variation in work hours due to special
projects, deadlines and other concerns. Up to 10% business travel

- Base Salary: $130,000 - $185,000 - Bonus opportunity: 20% - 20
