City, MI; and Nampa, ID. Job Description Summary GoGo squeeZ is
seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy to elevate its better-for-you
snacking initiatives by collaborating with internal and external
stakeholders. This role will work closely with the branded
marketing and field sales teams to commercialize go-to-market
strategies across the GGS portfolio. As a key cross-functional
leader, this individual will develop and deliver sales strategies
aligned with the annual operating plan and tailored for specific
channels. Strong people management skills are essential, as they
will lead the Sales Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of
material deployment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities -
Partner with brand to commercialize annual operating plan - Partner
with field sales to enhance marketing plans - Develop and
commercialize strategy to elevate GGS portfolio within key Channels
- Responsible for aligning and strategizing with Brand and
developing and deploying Brand strategy to the Sales organization.
- Develops and deploys several key outputs; Channel Strategies /
Plans, Sales Playbooks & Customer Segmentation. - Assists in
managing on-going Sales Communications/operations Skills and
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree: Masters Preferred - 8 years of
proven experience in a Sales Strategy or related role required -
Experience managing people required - Proven experience in
Commercial, Go-To-Market, Sales, or Marketing - Understands the
operational needs of customers - Cross functional leader -
Strategic thinker with an understanding on Commercial execution -
Exceptional communication skills across variety of different levels
within the organization - Ability to work cross-functionally and
manage multiple projects simultaneously. Working Conditions Work is
performed in a hybrid office environment and LI-Hybrid. Hours of
work will generally be during regular business hours with at least
40 hours a week. At times there will be some variation in work
hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Up to
5% business travel may be required. The physical demands described

- Base Salary: $135,000 - $175,000 - Bonus opportunity: 20% - 20
