Job Description:

We are a reputable consumer law firm focusing our practice on bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, and real estate matters. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into clients through in-person meetings, telephone calls, and video conferences. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to follow up with leads regularly. Compensation for this role consists of a base salary with a commission component, incentivizing high performance.

Responsibilities:
--- Engage with warm leads provided by the firm and convert them into clients through in-person meetings, telephone calls, and video conferences.
--- Clearly and effectively articulate the benefits of our consumer protection law services, including bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, and real estate transactions.
--- Understand potential clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions from our range of legal services.
--- Follow up with leads that are not immediately ready to hire our firm, maintaining regular communication to build relationships and ensure top-of-mind awareness.
--- Collaborate with the sales and lead development teams to strategize on lead generation and conversion techniques.
--- Communicate client requirements and expectations to the legal team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
--- Track and record sales activities, metrics, and client interactions in CRM software.
--- Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and revenue generation.
--- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, legal developments, and competitive landscape in consumer protection law.

Qualifications:

You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Applicant must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
Experience using a CRM is preferred
