SALES MANAGER-PLASTICS -A local leader in the manufacturing of plastics is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the organization's plans for future growth. This is an amazing opportunity to help build a Sales platform from the ground up for a small to medium sized plastic manufacturer.As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meet planned sales goals.
• Set individual sales targets with the management team.
• Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
• Coordinate with the management team on new products, tooling, quotes, etc...
• Understand ideal customers and how they relate to our products.To be qualified as a Sales Manager, you will need:
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to understand the customer base and how it relates to the product.
