Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Job Duties:

  • Respond to customer service inquiries, request, complaints. Inbound calls and emails.
  • Estimated 80 minimum per day
  • Required to dispatch call to appropriate department
  • Resolve all issues in a timely manner
  • Calls will be regarding scheduling, billing, service, ETAs for dumpster deliveries
  • Utilize pricing sheets to price containers for customers
  • Enter service and route data into computer for billing and scheduling purposes
  • Will be creating some new orders (both home and residential)
  • All info entered in database "Trucks", which they will train on, but Microsoft experience is translatableMust Haves:
    • Customer Service
    • High Volume Inbound Calls
    • Microsoft ExcelAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
      • Would prefer candidate with service-related experience, e.g., able to deal with difficult customers and fast paced environment
      • Would prefer the right "skill set" over years of experience. e.g., ability to learn quickly, work in fast paced environment.
      • HS Diploma
      • Customer Service (2 years +) -- Strongly prefer call center experience
      • High volume inbound calls
      • Microsoft Office Experience
      • Soft Skills
      • Ability to learn quickly
      • Ability to work independently
