Job Description:
The Nurse role involves practicing independently in a clinical
setting, providing routine and complex patient care while managing
long-term goals. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs,
administering treatments, documenting care, and educating patients
and families. Utilizes the nursing process, communicates
effectively with healthcare teams, and ensures patient safety and
quality care in compliance with regulations. Demonstrates
leadership by planning, directing, and evaluating nursing
operations during shifts. Follows clinical policies, maintains
accurate health documentation, and manages medical equipment and
orders. Ensures safety protocols, participates in quality
improvement, and adheres to industry standards. Requires a BSN
preferred, RN license, BLS certification, and experience in a
related specialty. Certifications like STABLE and NRP are
mandatory; ACLS preferred. Work schedule is from 7AM to 7PM,
full-time.
