Organizational Development Consultant serves as a support and guide
to leadership, internal HR partners and other members of the
workforce while driving key organizational talent objectives. The
Consultant partners with clients to assess, create, implement and
evaluate performance improvement and organizational change
programs. This position impacts organizational success through a
blend of one to one coaching, team building, leading retreats/focus
groups and other special projects. This position will the cover
Carbon county and surrounding areas, allowing the Consultant to
build strong relationships across that region.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sitting for up to 7 hours per day, 3 hours at a time, frequently
uses fingers for typing, data entry, etc. Frequent use of hands;
uses upper extremities to rarely lift up to 10 pounds. Occasionally
stoops, bends or reaches above shoulder level. Hearing as it
relates to normal conversation, seeing as it relates to general
vision, near vision, peripheral vision, and visual monotony.
EDUCATION:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in human resources management,
organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, psychology
or related field; Master's degree in human resources management,
organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, psychology
or related field.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
10+ years relevant coaching, facilitation and organizational
dynamics experience in human resources, training, education, or
psychology/counseling. Certifications in one or more of the
following disciplines: MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator); Crucial
Conversations, DDI, 360 multi-rater feedback, Hogan, SHRM-SCP/CP
and/or PHR/SPHR.
