Job Description:

Job Summary:

Provides Information Technology (IT) related support to end-users on a variety of issues such as support of software, hardware, security, network, and assigned applications. Triages and/or resolves technical support via telephone calls, emails, or secure texts.

Education - Required:

High School Diploma/GED
Education - Preferred:
- Associate's Degree Computer Science or
- Industry Certifications
  Experience - Required:
  - 1 year Experience in Information Technology.
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required:
    - Effectively deals with multiple and changing priorities.
    - Knowledge of current Microsoft Windows environment.
    - Knowledge of personal computer and network troubleshooting.
