• Perform labor and efficiency studies for various park divisions including Food & Beverage and Rides -
• Observe and collect data on location regarding Dorney Park associate tasks, behaviors and outcomes -
• Synthesize and analyze the collected data, seeking out areas for improved labor efficiency -
