• Referral program________________________________________Job DetailsJob descriptionWe are looking for a Registered Architect to lead a team in developing design and construction documents for high-quality projects of different scales for projects. The candidate will perform in conjunction with Principals to maintain project quality, profitability, performance, and client satisfaction. Full-time position in our Allentown, PA office.Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team to meet project goals.
  • Coordinate work with other departments.
  • Meet with clients and attend design review meetings with the stakeholders in the project.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning, accessibility, and generally knowledgeable in jurisdictional processes and possess knowledge of current building codes and best practices within the design and construction industries.
  • Organize and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently.
  • REVIT & MS Office proficiency required
  • LEED AP preferred.
  • Experience in construction document preparation and preparation of specifications is preferred.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of engineering disciplines to coordinate work with internal MEP and Civil Engineers.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:
