Lay brick, tile and stone to repair and maintain buildings, walls, arches and other structuresPerform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly & building systems operate efficientlySource and purchase parts, materials, and suppliesEstimate repair costs and timeRepair counters, benches, tables, chairs, and partitionsRecord maintenance and repair work performed and the costs of the workOperate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal partsFollow established work schedule for all jobs performedWork responsibly keeping the safety of customers, team members, and yourself a priorityWhile working in a food service establishment, must be diligent about clean up after performing jobHauling of equipment from LVRG building to LVRG building or to a business partnerGeneral Qualifications:Electrical, mechanical & drywall experience requiredYour own hand tools preferred but not requiredAbility to lift and move heavy objectsStrong troubleshooting aptitudeOutstanding organizational skills and the ability to work with the various levels of managementAbility to coordinate multiple tasks and focus on time efficiency and project completionHigh degree of initiative, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritizeStrong emphasis on safetyGood working knowledge of MS Word and ExcelAble to work without direct supervisionExcellent oral and written communication skills, team playerClean driving record a must- company; vehicle suppliedMust be able to travel and have flexibility in schedule (some overnight stays required based on restaurant locations and workload specifics)Must have a willingness to learn and continually seek new knowledgeLehigh Valley Restaurant Group is a Franchisee of Red Robin and is an Equal Opportunity Employer
