Must be at least 18 years of age by April 30th, 2022. 12-week Summer Internship * May 23rd - August 12th or June 20th - September 9th * What locations to expect: Locations of individual opportunities are determined by the business and therefore to be interested in on our opportunities you must be open to relocation for the duration of the 12-week internship. All 2022 interns will be assigned to an office location. Relocation is provided to any candidate who is located more than 50 miles outside of the assigned office location. * Bellevue, Washington * Frisco, Texas * Denver, Colorado * Atlanta, Georgia * Overland Park, Kansas * Reston, Virginia * Parsippany, New Jersey * Chicago, Illinois * New York, New York * Allentown, Pennsylvania * District of Columbia At least 18 years of age by April 30th, 2022Legally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be actively enrolled in University/College course credits. GAP year students are ineligible. External applicants eligible only. Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for UofMagenta Internships. T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. The CDC defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. T-Mobile will require proof of vaccination and consider requests for exemption from this requirement during the offer phase as a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs where the accommodation would not cause T-Mobile undue hardship or pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others. * Research, develop, and implement sustainable and repeatable procedures. * Identify gaps and re-engineer process inefficiencies relative to current procedures. * Support cross-functional partners to problem solve and implement solutions. * Develop subject matter expertise for multi-faceted problems and deliver simplified solutions. * Foster relationships with key cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders; establish strong partnerships to obtain desired results. * Assignments are generally highly complex in nature and will be in support of one or more of the following disciplines: Products, Sales/Retail, Customer Care Support, Technical Care Support, Billing, Supply Chain Operations, Product Management, Business Process and Cost-Benefit Analysis. * Provides team consulting support on complex tasks. * Working experience in process improvement, gap analysis, requirements gathering or other related experience. * Excel. * PowerPoint. This position is responsible for root cause analysis, including the creation/implementation of process plans and support strategies. This position works closely with internal and external partners and must be comfortable championing ideas and processes to a diverse audience. This role requires advanced analysis, planning, establishment of requirements, development of procedures, business case development and cost justification for changes in designated business area. This position requires the ability to take direction on business issues, evaluate the necessary deliverables needed to address the business issue, implement any necessary changes, and accurately evaluate the impact on other areas.
