Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client that is seeking a Deskside
Support Technician in Allentown, PA. Position details Install,
upgrade, troubleshoot and repair hardware related to workstations
Troubleshoot as first level support for equipment issues Answer
questions regarding PC, printer and hardware issues Set up new
workstations moving monitorsprinters Respond to help desk tickets
quickly Basic troubleshooting of internal network issues
REQUIREMENTS Basic troubleshooting Softwarehardware experience
