Job Description:

As a Bid Proposal Analyst at B. Braun Medical Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to enhance patient and clinician safety through precise proposal management. This position involves the strategic analysis of bid documents, coordination of multidisciplinary team efforts, and development of compliant, compelling proposals that align with organizational goals and customer requirements. The role demands a keen eye for detail, strong organizational capabilities, and a robust understanding of the healthcare industry's compliance landscape. Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to identify requirements and evaluate the feasibility of compliance. Coordinate with sales, marketing, product teams, and key stakeholders to gather necessary information and responses. Develop proposal outlines and schedules, and ensure timely submissions within deadlines. Enhance proposals by working with the graphics team to integrate visual elements that align with content strategies. Conduct competitor analyses and adjust proposals strategically to increase win rates. Present final bid proposals to senior management for review and final approval before submission. Strong analytical and research skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under strict deadlines Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and compliance requirements Medical Insurance 401k APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification preferred
