Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will provide critical operational and executional support for marketing efforts across key focus areas, including new and existing distribution partnerships and high-impact member benefits like fuel savings.The ideal candidate is a highly organized, execution-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will leverage your experience in supporting complex partnership programs to manage project timelines, coordinate assets, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities:Support marketing execution for distribution partnerships and core member benefits, ensuring programs are coordinated, on track, and aligned with broader membership priorities.Provide day-to-day operational support for partnership marketing initiatives, including asset routing, creative reviews, approvals, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, notes, recaps, and follow-ups for partner and internal meetings to drive alignment and next steps.Partner closely with Senior Managers and cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing channels, creative, legal, product, and operations) to support timelines, workflows, and executional needs.Manage marketing calendars, trackers, and documentation to ensure visibility into upcoming launches, milestones, and dependencies.Identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, documentation, and day-to-day execution.
