The Brand Ambassador Intern will represent our brand in a positive light, helping to increase brand awareness and sales. This will be accomplished by boosting awareness, building trust, and driving sales, essentially embodying the company's identity, values, and ethics in a positive, authentic way. What you'll be doing: Promote the brand: Represent the company at events, trade shows, and product launches, and embody its values. Create content: Develop and schedule social media posts, write blog articles, and create promotional materials like flyers. Engage with customers: Interact with the public and followers online and in-person, answer questions, and handle customer feedback. Report on metrics: Track and report on brand awareness, customer engagement, sales figures, and competitor activities. Collaborate with marketing: Work with the marketing team to develop strategies, understand brand messaging, and provide insights from customer interactions. Build relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and vendors. Other duties as assigned What you'll need to succeed: Associate’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, sales, or equivalent experience Ability to work nights and weekends Comfortable working with alcoholic beverages Over 21 Strong social media presence and proficiency with various platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills and a friendly, charismatic personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organizational and time management skills. Enthusiasm for the brand and its products. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why join us?
