Overview:Willow Valley is hiring a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our spa team. The ideal candidate will provide professional skincare treatments, educate clients on skincare routines, and provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The Esthetician will provide skincare services; facials, microdermabrasion, lactic and glycolic peels, and back treatments to Residents, Team Members and guests of Willow Valley Communities.Opportunities with WVC:Tuition ReimbursementScholarshipsWeekly PayTM Events and RecognitionUse of amenitites, including fitness center, swimming poolPlus many moreWage:$24/hour + based on experienceResponsibilities:Conduct skin analysis to understand individual client concerns and goalsPerform facials, microdermabrasion, lactic and glycolic peel, and back treatmentsProvide hair removal servicesBrow and lash tinting.Recommend skincare products and educate clients on proper skincare routines.In-depth knowledge of skin types, skincare products, and the latest treatment techniques.Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by adhering to rigorous health and safety standards.Ensure all tools and products are properly sanitized between sessions.Responsible for set up & cleanup for each client.Assists in the development, promotion, and implementation of all services provided at the Day Spa at Willow Valley.Participates in health and wellness related educational workshops and promotional events for Residents and Team Members.Assists in answering telephones and scheduling appointments for all spa services and updates appointments as needed.Manage appointment scheduling and maintain detailed client treatment records.Assists in maintaining daily bookkeeping duties as well as taking payment for services and products sold at the Day Spa.Assists with laundry duties at the Cultural Center.Demonstrates excellent customer service skillsAbility to maintain high attention to detail while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDemonstrates strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.Strong communication skills with a commitment to outstanding customer service.Attends team meetings and community meetings as necessary.Serves as a communication link to clients and potential clients of the Day Spa regarding questions, concerns, and/or complaints regarding skincare services.Abide by PA State Board of Cosmetology guidelines.Maintains ethical behavior in accordance with Willow Valley Communities' guidelines and the Code of Ethics for Cosmetology.Qualifications:Valid PA Esthetician LicensePrevious experience required in a spa, skincare clinic or similar environment delivering skincare treatments.Familiarity with various treatment modalities such as facials, peels, microdermabrasion, extractions, and waxing.Hours:24 hrs/weekSchedule:7:30am-4:00pmLocation:The Cultural Center of Willow Valley CommunitiesWell111by Jobble
