Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Channel Analytics,
Strategic Insights.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver timely and actionable insights to clients, focusing on
crisis monitoring and media analysis
Execute research projects and produce client-facing reports to
support data-backed findings
Document internal methodologies and enhance processes across
analytics workstreams
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in insights, analytics, or media
intelligence
Expertise in crisis monitoring across various clientele, preferably
in an agency setting
Strong data visualization skills and experience in producing
executive-ready reporting
Experience with key analytics and monitoring tools, including
Google Analytics and Brandwatch
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a
fast-paced environment
