The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC Machining and must be familiar with work orders, machining, CNC Machining, set up, operating, sample parts, dimensions, tolerances, CMM, gages, micrometers, calipers, engineering, deburring, washing, and non-conformance. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts and components using CNC machines. You will work with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering top-notch products and services to our clients.Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and tapping
• Monitor the machining process to ensure that parts are machined to the required specifications
• Measure and inspect sample parts using precision measuring instruments such as CMM, gages, micrometers, and calipers
• Deburr and wash parts to remove burrs, sharp edges, and contaminants
• Identify and report non-conformance issues to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisorQualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC Machining or equivalent
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Familiar with machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and tapping
  • Knowledgeable in using precision measuring instruments such as CMM, gages, micrometers, and calipers
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
