This individual will play a key role in helping establish and execute SEO and ecommerce strategies for the organization and assist with order fulfillment. The main responsibilities of this role include:* Research, develop, executive search engine optimization (SEO) strategies across multiple ecommerce channels.* Manage and leverage relationships with reseller platforms such as Amazon and E-bay to grow the sales of the organization.* Assist with the managing of ecommerce inventory and pack and ship customers orders in a timely manner.* Research and rectify any mis-shipments or other issues.* Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns and product promotions via on-line platforms.* Assist with the management of multiple social media platforms.* Maintain website information pertaining to frequently asked questions (FAQs) and other points of customer interaction on the website.* Research and create content to fill knowledge gap on website or on any ecommerce platform.Qualifications:* 2+ years of ecommerce or SEO experience is required* Experience with on-line ecommerce retailers such as Amazon is highly preferred* Strong written communication and content creation skills are required
