The duties listed are representative only for job classification. The intent of this job description is to provide a summary of the major duties and responsibilities of this position. This description shall not be considered as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be inherent in the position.Maintain confidentiality of all materials handled within the Network/ Entity as well as the proper release of information. -- Comply with Network and departmental policies regarding issues of employee, patient and environmental safety and follow appropriate reporting requirements. --Demonstrate the Network's Service Excellence Standards of Performance in interactions with all customers (internal and external). --Demonstrates Performance Improvement in the following areas as appropriate: Customer/Service and Safety. Demonstrates financial responsibility and accountability through the effective and efficient use of resources in daily procedures. --Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding attendance. --Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding the dress code.--Demonstrates proper use of floor equipment and chemical usage and maintain corners and edges on all floors and stairwells. --Performs carpet extraction, scrubbing and stripping and refinishing on all floor surfaces.--PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: --Walk and/or stand for up to 7 hours per day, including up to 4 hours at a time. Occasional firm grasping and frequent --lifting up to 25 lbs. Occasionally pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs. Frequently pushing and pulling up to 75 lbs. and occasionally exceeding 100 lbs. Ability to frequently stoop, bend, squat and kneel and frequently reach above shoulder height. Hearing as it relates to normal conversation and sight as it relates to general vision. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: --High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency preferred.
