School Counselor (Full-Time) Location: Allentown, PA Job Description: Blazerworks, in partnership with a local school, is currently seeking a full-time School Counselor for the current school year. The ideal candidate will provide individual and group counseling services to students, collaborate with teachers and administrators, and serve as a resource for parents and families. Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to students on a one-on-one and group basis.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to address student needs and support academic success.
• Conduct assessments and develop plans to address student mental health and behavioral issues.
• Serve as a resource for parents and families and provide referrals to community resources as needed.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives related to student wellness and mental health.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations. Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in School Counseling or related field.
  • Valid PA state counseling certification or licensure.
  • Demonstrated experience working with students in a school setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families.
