Tax experience is not required - We will train you!WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Customer Care Representative, you enjoy finding solutions to better serve our taxpayers. Responsibilities include:Answer phones in a busy call-center environmentMaintain positive & timely communication with customersUse problem solving skills to answer difficult taxpayer inquiriesExhibit patience & understanding when handling taxpayer issuesNavigate & research between numerous accounts & software programsMeet personal, company, & client production goalsSCHEDULE + LOCATION:Full-time or Part-time schedule available Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm Part-time: Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 2 pm No weekends!
