Specialist is responsible for ensuring the security and protection
of Sharp's digital assets, customer data, and systems. This role
involves analyzing, implementing, and maintaining corporate
cybersecurity standards, responding to threats, and providing
security guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in security best practices,
industry regulations, and risk mitigation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
- Develop and enforce security policies to ensure compliance with
industry regulations and best practices.
- Advise and collaborate with teams and stakeholders on
recommended security approaches and solutions.
- Support the implementation and improvement of Privileged Access
Management (PAM) systems and processes.
- Manage vulnerability assessments, remediation, and perform
regular reporting.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of network, Microsoft
365, and Active Directory security to identify and mitigate
risks.
- Write and implement hardening policies and procedures to
enhance the security of systems and processes.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence of cybersecurity
policies, processes, and tools across the company.
- Manage a team of cybersecurity vendors and managed services to
ensure effective security operations.
- Rapidly respond to security incidents and threats through
diagnosis, communication, and remediation.
- Evaluate new security technologies, assess associated risks,
and contribute to the design of security solutions.
- Lead the incident response team and automate security solutions
where possible.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to conduct
security assessments and implement remediation efforts.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices through
knowledge sharing and training.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This
position has no direct reports.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job

collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability
to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in
mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and
concrete variables.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to work with
mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical
inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and
trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions,
percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Understanding of electrical and electronic theories and principals.
COMPUTER SKILLS:Required computer skills are detailed in the
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE section.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST
and Cloud Security Alliance's Cloud Control Matrix.
- Experience in incident response, risk assessment, and security
operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective
collaboration and team leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple
tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or
a related field; relevant certifications a plus.
- 10+ years of IT work experience
- 5+ years of Information Security experience
- One or more IT Security certifications such as CISSP, CRISC,
CISM, CISA etc.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described
