Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Position Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for the Facilities area.
• Manage the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinate workflows for the department.
• Answer phone and assist contractors, employees and vendors.
• Write reports, develop agendas, analyze data and create documents.
• Coordinate events, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Audit / analyze department reports and exception reports. Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in facilities, construction or building trades.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 lbs. Benefits
