• Work with Project Management Educator to develop a clear and concise report request intake process.
• Work with team to create and clarify all report request requirements for the IT PMO (Information Technology Project Management Office), including business justification, priority, etc.
• Work with team to document, design, and model reporting solutions leveraging the Microsoft Suite, specifically the Project Web Application (PWA) and Power BI.
• Work with team to develop and maintain Power BI related reports and dashboards as needed for the IT PMO.
• Document associated IT PMO and reporting processes as directed along with developing documentation for IT PMO applications.
  • General exposure to IT processes, procedures and daily operational support with responsibilities and assignments that expose and build experience and skills related to IT technical support and security departments.
    • Maintains confidentiality of all materials handled within the Network/ Entity as well as the proper release of information.
      • Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding issues of employee, patient and environmental safety and follows appropriate reporting requirements.
        • Demonstrates/models the Networks Service Excellence Standards of Performance in interactions with all customers (internal and external).
          • Demonstrates Performance Improvement in the following areas as appropriate: Clinical Care/Outcomes, Customer/Service Improvement, Operational System/Process, and Safety.
            • Demonstrates financial responsibility and accountability through the effective and efficient use of resources in daily procedures, processes and practices.
