Job Description:
Full Time 40 hours 2100 Mack Blvd Clerical & Administrative
Support Day Shift REMOTE position Job Summary: Serves as a primary
liaison and LVHN Network resource for patients and the community.
Connects patients and the community to desired Network programs,
providers and information. Provides responses to inquiries or
communication (phone, email, chat, text) regarding services and
information at LVHN. Education - Required: * High School
Diploma/GED Education - Preferred: * Associate's Degree Experience
- Required: * 5 years In customer service and * 1 year In
Healthcare or related field. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities -
Required: * Knowledge of EMR and scheduling systems such as EPIC,
IDX, PHS, etc. * Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced
environment and work independently. * Proficient in Microsoft
Office applications. * Ability to maintain strict level of
confidentiality. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Preferred: *
Bi-lingual English/Spanish
