We are currently seeking an experienced commercial roofing -Field Supervisor -in the Allentown, PA area.CentiMark Corporation is the world's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor, and we are looking for people who want to contribute to a great team. - Successful candidates must demonstrate initiative, a good work ethic, and attention to detail. - We provide on the job training, benefits and room to grow. -This position is paying $20/hr to $38/hr, based on experience.

  • Supervise multiple production/service crews
  • Planning and executing a successful project
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager in ordering commercial roofing materials for projects
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
  • Daily communications with the customer and employees
  • Planning jobs for labor crews
  • Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
  • Responsible for maintaining and managing job paperwork
  • Competitive pay range of $20/hr - $38/hr, based on experience -Candidate Qualifications:
    • A valid state driver's license (in good standing) is required
    • Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical and problem solving skills
    • Leadership, management and project management skills
    • Organizational and time management skills
    • Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
    • Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus
