We're hiring Full/Part-Time Union Licensed Practical Nurses with long-term care experience to join Phoebe Ministries at our Allentown Campus. NEW GRADUATES ARE WELCOME General ResponsibilitiesAdministers prescribed medications, including I.V. fluids, and performs treatments. Assesses residents' physical, medical, and emotional needs and records resident conditions electronically, develop and revise care plan as needed. Accompanies and assists physician on rounds. Oversees the care delivery of assigned nursing unit. Reports pertinent information to the unit manager or supervisor Demonstrates knowledge of drug interactions, side effects, and incompatibilities.
