Braun Medical, visit Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an essential member of the recruitment team. The coordinator works in collaboration with talent acquisition team to provide administrative support in the recruitment and hiring of new employees. Responsibilities: Essential Duties Administers the Talent Acquisition process for all employees at the site locations.Coordinates and schedules interviews, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, advertisements, outside agencies, schools and other sources in recruiting qualified candidates.Monitor employee referral program for site locations.Coordinate, conduct, improve and maintain New Employee Orientation providing employees with an overview & history of the company, company policies and procedures.Track payroll adjustments for new employeesMaintain OFCCP outreach document for site locationsWorking with the Talent Acquisition Specialists, coordinates and supports onsite recruiting eventsProvide support to the recruitment staff that includes but is not limited to:Attend job/career fairs as neededProcess background checksPrepare new hire orientation folders, prepares and scans for electronic filing system.Complete and process new hire paperwork (Onboarding documents)Run E-Verify program for new hiresPrepare job list posting for site locationsSend new hire list to Training Department in order to prepare for orientationHandle basic employee needs or direct to the appropriate person as needed.Maintain strict confidentiality.Coordinates intern academy for summer internsThe job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
