Job Description:

MBoyle Construction a 40-year-old Lehigh Valley based Construction Manager and General Contractor is seeking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join their rapidly growing team. Candidates must be reliable and professional with a can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and references along with a professional appearance and demeanor. Responsibilities Receiving, sorting, processing, and entering all Accounts Payable. Tracking and Reconciling contract costs against invoices. Reviewing and Reconciling Expenses: Monthly credit cards and supplier statements. Working with Sub-contractors to ensure insurance compliance and timely invoices. Resolving discrepancies, billing issues and exceptions. Onboarding new AP vendors. Maintaining W9's and Certificates of Insurance. Assisting with mailing of vendor payments. Maintaining vendor payment/contract files. Will work closely with Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers Must have excellent verbal / written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft office products. Must have strong organizational skills. Construction accounting experience is a plus. Familiarity with AIA invoice experience a plus. Foundations Software experience a plus. Construction background and experience preferred. Qualifications And Other Skills And Abilities Must have excellent verbal / written communication skills. Essential Physical Requirements And Working Conditions Ability to sit or stand in a stationary position for approximately seventy five (75%) percent of a workday. Ability to bend and lift 30 lbs. Job Type Full Time Compensation And Benefits Salaried position Yearly employee reviews and salary increases are typically done each year. Merit bonuses are typically distributed each year if financially possible and feasible and at the President's sole discretion. 401K plan with a current employer match of 30% up to the first 6% of the employee's contribution. There is a 6-month waiting period with 6-year vesting schedule. Profit Sharing Plan - Contributions vary year to year based on profitability of the company, at the Principal's sole discretion. This plan has a 6-year vesting schedule. Major Medical and Health Care Benefits, employee costs vary depending on plan chosen. Employee Paid Time Off or PTO days.
