Title : Account Support Analyst II

Location: Allentown, PA

We are looking for an ACA Systems Support Analyst who has excellent problem-solving skills and enjoys working with customers to provide a high-quality service experience. This individual will be a subject matter expert on Affordable Care Act reporting, and assist customers by configuring, maintaining and preparing data for filing with various agencies. Since ACA filing is typically a seasonal need, during months of lower ACA activity this specialist will assist customers with support needs in other areas such as Time & Attendance, Benefits, HR/ATS and Payroll. Our team is comprised of highly experienced application support, implementation and data management professionals working with state-of-the-art technologies to serve our clients HCM technology needs.


Work with a cross-functional team of Support Specialists to provide timely support to our Payroll & HR Solutions customers utilizing the Affordable Care Act (ACA) modules in our HCM platforms.

Configure ACA modules by analyzing customers benefit plans, coverages, eligibility and ultimately building out the ACA modules to meet customer filing needs.

Communicate with customers establishing expectations, timelines and ongoing follow up to ensure enablement of timely filing of ACA forms to appropriate agencies

Train customers on system functionality and maintenance using desk top sharing tools such as Webex or Microsoft Teams

Maintain knowledge and assist supporting other modules such as Time & Attendance, Benefits Administration, Applicant Tracking, and Payroll

Ability to problem solve complex data management and application configuration issues

Other Support functions as required by the business including Application Support, Trouble Shooting, and User Maintenance

Education and Experience:

Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

1-3 years experience working with HRIS technology is preferred

Knowledge of HRIS/HCM concepts and technology is a must.

Prior system experience with iSolved, Kronos/SaaSHR, iCIMS, Workday, Paycom, Paycor, UltiPro or similar HCM platform is strongly preferred.

Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
