The Senior Manager Supply Chain is responsible for developing
and leading projects for the East Supply Chain focused on the
implementation of systems and automation. The Senior Manager Supply
Chain is a member of the East Business Unit Supply Chain Strategy
team and works cross functionally with East BU, BBU and GB teams to
implement highly complex material handling, storage, and tracking
projects. This position will be the point person for all East
Supply Chain automation projects and work with counterparts to
integrate the solutions into the Supply Chain.
** Location for this role is flexible and can be based out of
any BBU location on the East Coast. **
Key Job Responsibilities:
Develop and lead automation and systems implementation projects
throughout East BU
Work with Supply Chain Technology, Commercial, Real Estate,
Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop and
execute capital projects related to the handling, storage, tracking

Coordinate with corporate teams on the development of
maintenance procedures, spare parts and implementation of
maintenance management software specifications for inputs and

Work with consultants and project teams to implement systems to
support current and future Supply Chain across the East Business
Lead the implementation and optimization of integrated S&OP,
WMS, and TMS systems for East BU ensuring alignment with
Liaison for local teams to ensure accurate capture of
requirements and successful implementation of systems
Coordinate with centralized project teams ensuring project
alignment and highlighting program dependencies
Partner with BU Distribution and Manufacturing Leadership to
plan and implement safety, service and cost programs that deliver
world class results
Help support service infrastructure in East DC foot print that
will enable growth / freshness / unsold deliverables and help break
down silos across the organization
Responsible for on time, on budget completion of projects and
delivery against all objectives and operating parameters
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial
Engineering, or a related field acceptable if combined with
technical project experience.
- At least 7 years of related and varied experience in managing
projects related to the automation of material handling and

- Experience developing and implementing complex solutions :
Applying output from statistical, simulation, and optimization
tools to configure solutions. Leading cross functional projects
including alignment of stakeholders, applying common project
management tools, and managing outside suppliers. Facilitating
problem solving using variety of methodologies. Applying
methodologies to understand, anticipate, mitigate risk. Managing
start-ups to rapidly achieve project objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to all levels
of the organization.
- Agile or SCRUM project management experience is
- Experience with project management tools, such as FMEA, RACI,
and backlog building is beneficial.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel, visit facilities/sales centers/distribution
centers within the business unit.
