Responsibilities Assemble and test complex opto-electronic products with precision and attention to detail. - Utilize fine motor skills to perform intricate assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Interpret and follow instructions of varying complexity to ensure quality output. - Collaborate effectively with management and engineering teams to enhance manufacturing yields. - Adapt to changing priorities and processes to meet production goals and deadlines. - Maintain open communication with peers to drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Stay flexible in daily tasks, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and operational excellence. - Contribute to a high-tech team environment, exhibiting a willingness to learn and grow. /n /n Qualifications You have: /n - Detail-oriented approach and strong fine motor skills /n - Able to follow and comprehend instructions of varying complexity /n - Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members /n - Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment /n - 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience /n /n It would be nice if you also had: /n - Experience in Opto- Electronic manufacturing operations /n - Proficiency with MS Windows operating system and MS Office software /n - Willingness to work overtime as needed NIFAB2026/n /n
