Job Description:
B. Braun Medical Inc., a pioneer in infusion therapy and pain
management, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor
to oversee our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will
play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness
of our warehouse, ensuring that it supports our mission to develop,
manufacture, and market innovative medical products and services.
This position demands leadership skills, strategic thinking, and
the ability to foster a productive warehouse environment. Manage
daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with all safety
and regulatory requirements. Supervise and lead a team of warehouse
staff including hiring, training, and performance management.
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring
timely delivery and inventory accuracy. Implement and optimize
operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and
reduce costs. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics
and supply chain, to streamline operations and address any issues.
Ensure the warehouse capacity is optimized and storage systems are
maintained effectively. Monitor and report on key performance
indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as needed. Strong
leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and
time management skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems
and Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving and decision-making
capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Medical Insurance 401k Certification in Supply Chain and Warehouse
Management (e.g., CSCMP or CPIM) is preferred.
