Seeking an Experienced Litigation Associate | This is a Hybrid
position - In-person court appearances when needed. About the Firm

right environment for you. The Role We are seeking an experienced
commercial litigation associate to join our team and work directly
with the Managing Attorney and senior attorneys. This role requires
the ability to manage matters from pre-litigation through trial
with minimal supervision and a high degree of professionalism and
accountability. This is not a training role. This is a role for an
attorney who already knows how to litigate and is prepared to own
their work, their growth, and their results. This is a Hybrid
position - In-person court appearances when needed. Compensation &
Benefits - Base Salary: $230,000 – $240,000 annually, commensurate
with experience - Performance Bonus: Eligibility for
performance-based bonuses tied to collected revenue and clearly
defined KPIs, with target total compensation exceeding base salary
for high performers - Position: Litigation Associate Attorney role
with clear ownership expectations, structured onboarding and ramp
support during the first 90–120 days, and long-term growth

Responsibilities: - Execute assigned legal tasks under the
direction of the Managing Attorney or Senior Litigation Associate.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery
materials, and other court filings. - Assist with deposition
preparation, trial preparation, and litigation strategy execution.
- Participate in court appearances and client communications as
required and under supervision. - Follow established case strategy,
firm policies, and procedural requirements. - Promptly receive,
process, and implement feedback to improve work product. - Produce
high-quality work that meets firm standards while taking increasing
ownership over assigned matters. Qualifications: - Minimum five
(5–7) years of commercial/business litigation experience. - Ability
to manage a caseload from pre-litigation through trial. - Trial
experience is a plus. - Strong legal writing, analytical, and
organizational skills. - Professional judgment and discretion in
client-facing matters. - New York Bar License required. Cultural &
