As a Product Manager in Corporate and Investment Banking - Markets Technology, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Job Responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a data lake evolving into a data mesh, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable value Define and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap for a data lake evolving into a data mesh, aligned to business objectives and measurable value. Establish and track KPIs on adoption, data quality, and outcomes; use a work?backwards approach to translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables Lead cross?functional execution with engineering, data science, analytics, and stakeholders; align scope/success criteria and oversee platform capabilities and scrum delivery Own and prioritize the backlog, set Definition of Done, and manage releases end?to?end (prioritization, sprint planning/reviews, dependency coordination). Validate and test new capabilities (PySpark/Python, SDLC workflows); proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments to protect timelines and quality Promote continuous improvement via retros, training, documentation, demos, and communications; apply conversational analytics and agentic AI to enhance reporting and workflows Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Coding experience in PySpark and Python, with the ability to comprehend high-level code functionality Demonstrated ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and value management Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse stakeholders and senior management Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills Proven track record of delivering quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Google Cloud, Azure); certifications Working knowledge of Data Engineering pipelines, Data Lakes and Data Mesh Understanding of conversational analytics, agentic ai, GitHub co-pilot
