Join Sanofi as the Digital R&D Decision Fabric Product Owner , where you'll lead the design and implementation of the R&D Decision Fabric. A decision fabric is a programmatic AI-driven decision infrastructure designed to support all of R&D strategic and operational decision applications. Think of it as an intelligent, interconnected layer that weaves together data, analytics, AI models, and decision-making workflows across the entire R&D organization. Rather than having siloed decision-making tools scattered across different functions, the decision fabric creates a unified, scalable platform where decisions—from portfolio prioritization and clinical trial design to resource allocation and risk assessment—are informed by real-time data, predictive insights, and organizational knowledge. As Product Owner , you'd be orchestrating the development of this foundational infrastructure that democratizes access to AI-powered decision support, ensures consistency in how decisions are made across R&D, and ultimately accelerates our ability to bring life-changing medicines to patients by moving from ad-hoc, experience-based decision-making to a more systematic, data-driven approach that amplifies human expertise with AI capabilities. Main Responsibilities: Lead the decision fabric’s technical design, and implementation working with the architecture, Digital Data and AI, and digital R&D Data Product and Platform teams Define the range of capabilities of the R&D Decision Fabric agents, as well as their interfaces with the data and analytics fabrics, to serve all R&D decision support use cases Define best practices / guidelines for all digital R&D to build decision fabric elements or full agentic workflows focusing on connectivity, reusability, configurability, accessibility, security, governance, etc. Maintain and inventory of all agents with the goal to avoid agentic chaos Lead a cross R&D governance that helps prioritize the use cases for the Decision Fabric and focus on synergies and reuse About You 8 years’ experience in digital product management, with preferably experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry Proven expertise in designing and implementing Agentic AI workflows, preferably supporting enterprise decision-making Experience in data integration, data management, data mastering and platform supporting those a must Experience or familiarity with the following are required: GenAI / Agents: Experience building GenAI based applications or agents that have been moved beyond the PoC/PoV phase. DevOps & MLOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and ML model deployment/monitoring to support agile development of decision capabilities Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with major cloud services (AWS preferred) Data Infrastructure: Knowledge of data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse) to ensure the decision fabric has access to clean, reliable data API Architecture: Experience with API design and management tools to enable seamless integration between decision components and existing R&D systems AI/ML Frameworks: Familiarity with different types of machine learning (deep learning, regression, optimization, reinforcement learning, natural language processing) and their implementations on cloud Governance & Compliance Tools: Familiarity with systems that enable audit trails, version control, and regulatory compliance for decision processes Decision Management Systems: Understanding of rules engines, business process management tools, and decision modeling standards Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills Experience leading cross-functional teams and ideation workshops Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions that drive value Bachelors degree required, Master’s degree preferred Why Choose Us?
