Seeking Defense Sr Specialist Program Finance (with Deltek
COBRA,Strong EVMS ) for Billion Dollar Leader in the Defense
Industry in either Herndon, Virginia or Camden, New Jersey
Relocation Assistance Available We have an exciting opportunity for
a direct hire Sr Specialist, Program Financial Analyst for the
Billion Dollar Defense Leader for an onsite position in Herndon,
Virginia OR Camden New Jersey Salary 100k-120k Relocation Available
Senior professional with strong knowledge of job area and broad
knowledge of project management. Manages complex projects or
processes with general oversight. Communicates within and outside
of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes,
practices, and procedures. Makes moderate to substantial
improvements to systems and processes. Contributes to achievement
of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the
departmental results. Responsible for all aspects of maintaining
the Earned Value Management data integrity for multiple programs
utilizing the Cobra and SAP toolsets including: REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Accounting,
Finance, or related analytical field Bachelor’s Degree and minimum
6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum
of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree,
minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. Experience with
COBRA/SAP Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications specifically Excel. Expertise in understanding and
using Earned Value Management concepts and processes. Experience
with risk management, financial management, and work breakdown
structures, change management, cost estimating, configuration
management and system surveillance, operations, and procurement.
Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations,
ANSI-748-D, EVMIG, and NDIA Intent Guides. US citizenship required.
Preferred Additional Skills: MBA or CPA preferred Experience in a
leadership development program Experience managing the financials
