Pristine Management is hiring a full-time Enrollment Customer Service Associate to join our expanding team in NJ! As an Enrollment Customer Service Associate, your day-to-day will include: Speaking directly with customers to explain telecommunications packages, promotions, and services—including high-speed internet, home phone, and mobile plans. Meeting customers face-to-face in local neighborhoods or retail events to understand their needs and recommend personalized service solutions. Delivering engaging presentations that simplify complex information and help customers clearly understand service benefits and pricing options. Discovering and generating new leads through community outreach, referrals, and in-person networking—then guiding them through the enrollment process. Using a mobile device to securely input customer information and complete service sign-ups on the spot. Providing hands-on support during and after the sale—answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring customers feel confident in their decision. Keeping up to date with new promotions, service improvements, and compliance standards to deliver accurate, trustworthy information. Working closely with your team to share strategies, celebrate wins, and continuously improve performance.
