PetCare, we re a

mentality. As Sr. Specialist Training (Technical Training
Specialist), you will work directly with the maintenance,
mechanical, and electrical training teams. You will also develop
and assist in the implementation of initiatives to promote and
improve consistent operating practices and procedures. You will be
responsible for leading initiatives through mentorship, feedback,
and recognition to ensure active participation by team. Support,
coordinate and oversee the development of standardized onboarding
for the factory technical teams including Local Leadership Team and
all operator, technical operator & maintenance technician roles,
which includes leadership, functional, NCE/TPM, line centric and
technical competencies, following the Business priorities in
alignment with top factory losses.Monitor and coordinate ongoing
onboarding and competence management at all sites as well as the
determination of onboarding content and plans for development of
materials for key competencies.Coordinate efforts and oversee
deployment of a digital competence management platform (Poka and
other solutions) and development of a strategy for a standard work
for front-line leaders in the technical operations and maintenance
space.Coordinate efforts, monitor and recommend improvements to
World Class Technical Training Center, including development of
technical training modules and oversight of technical training
curriculum development.Collaborate with all Training & Learning
Manager to ensure Technical Training Center complies with all local
and corporate requirements.Support change management efforts to
ensure both business processes and culture are prepared for the
successful implementation of training services and enterprise
solutions.RequirementsBachelors
Degree in Training and Development, Human Resources,
Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Engineering, or a
related field3+ years
experience developing and executing technical and/or behavior
training programs in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or
related environmentThe approximate pay range for this position is
$81,600 to $113,700. Please note that the pay range provided is a
good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final
compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to
knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic
