Benefits will lead and actively execute the strategy, design, and
administration of Insmed’s employee benefits programs, balancing
employee experience, cost efficiency, and long-term sustainability
while ensuring global compliance with local laws, regulations, and
cultural practices. This is a hands-on role requiring strong
understanding of international regulations, financial management,
and the ability to create competitive and inclusive benefits
packages that attract and retain talent. You’ll provide leadership
and guidance to regional benefits teams in a matrixed environment
to ensure benefits align with the company's overall values, culture
and strategy. What You'll Do: In this role, you will develop,
execute, and continuously improve the benefits communication
strategy, coordinating with regional benefits teams, HR leaders,
and external partners to ensure clear, inclusive, and timely
communications that enhance understanding, engagement, utilization,
and perceived value of benefits. You’ll also: Working closely with
leadership and regional partners, lead the design and development
of our next-generation health, wellness, retirement, and leave
programs across the US, EMEA, and Japan, ensuring benefits are
cost-effective, competitive, sustainable and aligned with business
needs and company culture Lead a team of 3 US-based employees while
providing strategic leadership and guidance to regional benefits
teams Partner with IT and People Operations, integrate emerging
technologies and data analytics into the benefits strategy roadmap
to optimize program effectiveness, enhance delivery, balance costs,
and support effective communications Evaluate challenges of
administration on enabling function teams and work cross
functionally to develop scalable solutions Partner with
cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Procurement) to
ensure compliance with a wide range of international laws,
regulations and local customs Manage broker and other vendor
partnerships to ensure best-in-class service quality, cost
effectiveness, value, and platform integration Ensure strong
financial stewardship and fiduciary integrity of global benefits
programs, including oversight of funding, vendor management, and
regular audits of retirement and benefit plans to manage risk,
control costs, and maintain Measure impact through KPIs, employee
feedback, financial analysis, and benchmarking to continuously
improve program effectiveness and ROI Who You Are: You have a
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a
related field (Master’s degree is a plus) and 12 years of
progressive benefits management experience including at least 5
years of global/multinational benefits leadership. Additionally you
have: Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements in key markets
(EMEA, US and Japan) Ability to be a strategic, hands-on leader who
can effectively manage cross-functional teams, coach and develop
team members, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Experience implementing innovative solutions, including
tech-enabled wellness platforms, and familiarity with AI,
automation, and digital health tools Commitment to equity,
collaborative design, and evidence-based decision-making
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate
complex concepts into clear, concise, and actionable messages for
diverse audiences, including employees, leaders, and external
partners. Strong command of vendor management and contract
negotiation; experience leading global broker RFP a plus Industry
experience is preferred Travel Requirements This role requires
occasional domestic/international travel approxima tely 10-15%

ourBridgewater, NJ Headquarters.You’llwork remotely most of the
