Job Description Job Description Assist in a comprehensive HR
operation for 500 Union and Non-Union employees across multiple
states (NY, CA, TX, FL), ensuring compliance with federal, state,
and local regulations • Administer HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now)
for payroll processing, benefits management, and employee data
maintenance • Assist in benefits administration and served as
primary point of contact for all employee inquiries • Assist in
conducting employee relations investigations and handled sensitive
personnel matters with discretion • Work with union contracts and
ensure compliance • Monitor compliance requirements, including
mandatory training programs and EEO. • Process and manage worker
compensation, disability, PFL, and FMLA claims • Reconcile vendor
invoices and process payments. • Manage the paid time off system -
five distinct accrual policies
